Get Connected to the Family of God
Adopt a missionary family and get connected to a family who is sharing God’s love around the world.
The World Missions Team is introducing an Adopt-A-Missionary Program. Each NAC family will have the opportunity to adopt a missionary family and Get Connected!
Each family will receive a packet of cards with all our missionaries included. It has a picture of the missionary and information about the missionary family on the back of the card. This provides an opportunity to get acquainted with all our missionaries.
The Missionary Bulletin Board is “information central”. Pictures from all our missionaries are posted and maps of all the countries represented.
When a family adopts a missionary family, the adoptive family will receive a packet of information to help them be a good adoptive family. The information packet includes:

An adoption certificate to sign as a family before God committing to fulfill the responsibilities of an adoptive family for the missionary family. -
A refrigerator magnet to remind you to pray for your adopted missionary family.

Helpful information on how to pray for your missionary family.

A pre-addressed, stamped envelope and a sample letter to get you started introducing yourself and our Adopt-A-Missionary program to your missionary family.

Love Letters – giving you guidelines and ideas for communicating with your missionary family.

Sending Packages Overseas – guidelines for sending your missionary family a care package.
