Assimilating new believers through fellowship.
Reaching people for Christ through relationships.
Teaching and preaching God's Word in a life-changing way.
A great Vision + A
Genuine Passion = A Servant's H.E.A.R.T.
Our Mission:
To Grow together in
spiritual maturity through corporate worship, practical and relevant Bible
teaching, small groups, and fellowship with other believers.
To Serve by equipping
and unleashing the potential of believers for ministry and service
throughout this local body, our community, and our world.
To Share the
life-changing gospel of Jesus Christ.
To Care for the
hurting, the hopeless, the discouraged, and the confused. To provide a
caring community where people can find love, hope, acceptance,
forgiveness, and encouragement in Christ.
To Send out
missionaries and workers throughout the world in both full-time, and
short-term mission projects.
We Believe:
Scripture:
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, supernaturally inspired and
divinely preserved, God's only standard for faith and practice.
God:
We believe that there is one God, the infinite, eternal and perfect spirit
who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: three eternal
and co-equal persons.
Jesus Christ:
We believe that Jesus Christ is both God and man, embodying both perfect
humanity and undiminished deity. Born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a
perfect, sinless life and died on a Roman cross, a substitutionary
sacrifice for the sins of the world. Jesus Christ rose from the dead,
ascended into heaven, and will return in power and glory.
Man:
We believe that all men are sinners by birth and by choice, and thus are
under just condemnation to both physical and spiritual death. Man is
unable, apart from divine intervention, to do anything which would please
God.
Salvation:
We believe that God offers salvation by His grace, through faith in the
finished redemptive work of Christ on the cross of Calvary.
Our Heritage:
Neighborhood Alliance Church
began as a Bible Study in 1972, and has been located at its present site
since 1979. The education facility was added in 1990.
Neighborhood Alliance is part
of The Christian and
Missionary Alliance, a rapidly growing alliance of evangelical
believers, joined together in local churches, committed to world
evangelism and discipleship and characterized by a vibrant ministry of
teaching and outreach.
